Starfish takes Health and Safety seriously. We work with our clients to ensure our contractors have a full awareness of their Health and Safety obligations prior to their assignment, we have first aiders, and we have First Aid training across the business. We also encourage our managers to attend Mental Wellbeing First Aid courses and all our staff have access to Employee Assist Programs.
