Before beginning the Resource Manager role for Policy and Strategy here at Starfish, I was embarking on a detective career with my local force in the UK. I left the Police force to expand my knowledge and gain more skills and expertise in a corporate environment. Having enjoyed this experience greatly, I found myself wanting to enter into a career that serves my desire to help others thrive and achieve.

 

I am passionate about my role here at Starfish as I believe it allows me to connect to truly interesting individuals, while working with them to achieve their goals occupationally, all while building and maintaining meaningful relationships. My overarching aim is to empower and help facilitate people to realise their potential to its fullest extent. My leading responsibility is to assist the Policy and Strategy team in identifying the most suitable candidate for our clients.

 

Outside of work, I am a keen writer and avid home cook. However, with my love of cooking (and more so eating), I can also be found in the gym, *trying* to keep a healthy balance.

 

Being the latest addition to the Starfish team, I am eager to work alongside and provide my growing skillset to everyone here; from Clients, Candidates and fellow Colleagues.
