When I joined Starfish, I was driven by a commitment to deliver excellence and achieve tangible results for our clients and candidates alike. I believe that success in any professional environment hinges on assembling the right team, especially within the transformation sector.
I currently collaborate with exceptional organizations and individuals daily. As
a Client Manager part of the Business Transformation team, I specialise in
Programme, Project, and Portfolio Delivery, as well as Business Analysis and
Change Management.
This position has enabled me to assist these individuals in building robust teams
and acquiring the necessary tools for success. I dedicate substantial time and
effort to deeply understand the needs and aspirations of both clients and
candidates, ensuring that we consistently achieve the best outcomes for
everyone involved.
Outside of work, I engage in competitive sports like football and golf. Although the weather in Wellington can be unpredictable, spending a day at the beach remains my favourite way to unwind.
