Jonny comes to Starfish with over twenty-five years recruitment leadership, resource and talent management experience both in NZ and in the UK.

At Starfish, Jonny is responsible for managing the team and leading the delivery of recruitment and consulting services to a number of key clients.

Over the last couple of years Jonny has been operating as the Resource Manager inside one of the largest Portfolio management offices in central government, this has enabled him to gain a stronger knowledge of talent acquisition in the heart of NZ’s public sector.

With an extensive sales and account management background, Jonny’s recruitment mantra is simple: Authentic trusted client relationships with candidate care is pivotal mixed with a passion to truly understand how we can provide value and assist clients with solving their key issues.

  • PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner
  • Portfolio Management certified

When not at work ... Jonny is likely to be learning and or working on his boat, which is moored in central Wellington. 

What most people don't expect about me ...Moved to New Zealand 16 years and have fallen in love with this amazing country that is now home….he is currently learning to swim and training for the Queenstown marathon
