Starfish is very proud to announce our appointment to the second tranche, as a Tier Two provider of services for the All of Government (AoG) Consultancy contract for the new areas of Business Change and Operations Management and Risk.

As a Tier Two provider, Starfish is able to easily engage with organisations to deliver a range of value add consultancy services.  We have been appointed as a Tier Two provider in the following categories:

Business Change - Advisory services on Business Change processes and methodologies to ensure that organisational change is successfully planned and executed.

Operations Management and Risk - Operations Management includes services relating to business process and quality improvement plans through reviews of operating models and their design. Risk advisory services relate to risk identification, assessment and management, and security and safety systems.

Our existing appointments on the AOG Business and Finance Panel includes:

Assurance - Assurance includes services such as IQA, Programme / Project health checks, Risk and Security reviews

Financial and Economic Analysis - Financial and economic analysis includes services such as Financial modelling and management, investment appraisal and analysis

Procurement and logistics - Procurement and logistics includes services such as Policy, strategy, design, sourcing and spend analysis.

GCIO Assurance Panel - We are also on the GCIO Assurance Services Panel.  The Government Chief Information Officer (GCIO), as the functional leader for Government ICT, has established an independent panel of Independent Quality Assurance (IQA) and Technical Quality Assurance (TQA) providers.  Starfish is very proud to be appointed to this Panel for the following assurance services:

  • Project Assurance
  • Technical Implementation Assurance.
